No. Radiotherapy does not hurt, during treatment you will not feel anything at all.

Your radiographers will make you as comfortable as possible but the treatment couches are quite hard, and you need to lie still for your treatment.

If you feel uncomfortable and think you may not be able to stay in position, please tell your radiographer.
