Many patients who get Hodgkin’s disease will be cured, and will return to normal life… but it may be several months before they feel completely well again, especially if they have had intensive chemotherapy or a stem cell rescue.

If you have had Hodgkin’s disease you have a slightly increased risk of getting another type of cancer later on in life. Your doctor can tell you more about this.
