Cancer Backup - Myeloma
The Cancerbackup website covers general information on myeloma, causes and diagnosis, treatment, clinical trials, resources and support. This information is also available in a booklet (free to patients) direct from Cancerbackup or from the Macmillan Cancer Information Centre. The Cancer Backup website also has specific information on stem cell and bone marrow transplants.
Myeloma UK
This organisation provide information and support to people affected by myeloma. Their document 'Multiple myeloma – your essential guide' is available from their website, describing tests, decision making and quality of life for patients.
International Myeloma Foundation
This website provides detailed information on myeloma, its treatment, and living with myeloma. There is also a frequently asked questions section. You can download some of their publications, including the following:

Leukaemia Research Fund - Multiple myeloma
Leukaemia Research Fund booklet. Explains what the disease is, the causes, symptoms and treatment options. You can view this on-line, or contact Leukaemia Research Fund for a free printed copy.
CancerHelp - Myeloma
Cancer Research UK has a patient information website called CancerHelp, which has information on a wide number of topics associated with myeloma.
The Leukaemia and Lymphoma Society
This American website offers support services for patients and family members affected by this disease.
