The most common one is a painless swelling in the neck, armpit or groin.

Other symptoms include:

  • sweating a lot, especially at night (night sweats)

  • not feeling hungry

  • unexplained weight loss.

Some patients have only vague symptoms, such as weight loss or feeling tired a lot of the time.
