Some cancer services are delivered on-island at Noble's Hospital, however the Isle of Man links into the services at Merseyside & Cheshire Cancer Network for some treatment options.
Testicular cancer treatment may be given in a number of places:
Surgery
Orchidectomy, with or without prosthesis, can be carried out at Noble's Hospital.
Retroperitoneal Lymphadenectomy is usually carried out at The Royal Liverpool University Hospital (Merseyside).
Radiotherapy
This is provided through Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology, on the Wirral
Chemotherapy

Palliative care
If cancer can't be cured, medical, nursing and emotional support can be offered at home, in hospital or in Hospice.
