All of the members of the Council of Cancer Charities are looking for volunteers to help them in their work, even if you have only an hour to spare. Here are some examples of the types of ways in which you might be able to help:-
- Secretarial support - Can you take minutes, write letters and generally organise things?
- Fundraising - Would you be willing to either hold a fundraising event or to work with others in organising events?
- Staywell Clinic - Are you interested in acting as a volunteer receptionist at the Staywell Clinic run by the IOM Anti- Cancer Association? Click here to learn more about the Staywell Clinic.
If you are interested in learning more about how you might help the cancer charities in the Island with their work, then please contact Andrea Chambers, Tel: 01624 679544. E-mail: andrea@manxcancerhelp.org.
