Remember that your hospital doctors, nurses, GP and others in the health care team are all here to help you.
If you have any questions or worries, please tell them. They will do their best to give you advice, and to find people who can give you more support if you need it.
Noble's Hospital has Clinical Nurse Specialists who are experts in helping patients cancer. If you have lung cancer, for instance, you should be able to speak with the Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist who will give you lots of support and advice.
Physiotherapists and/or Occupational Therapists can give you advice and support on breathing, relaxation, and helpful ways of managing your daily activities. Please talk to your Clinical Nurse Specialist or Doctor about seeing a Phsyiotherapist and/or Occupational Therapist.
