Remember that your doctors, nurses and others in the health care team are all here to help you - so if you have any questions or worries, please tell them. They will do their best to advise you, and to find people who can give you more support if you need it.

Physiotherapists and/or Occupational Therapists can give you advice and support on relaxation and helpful ways of managing your daily activities. Please talk to your Clinical Nurse Specialist or Doctor about seeing a Phsyiotherapist and/or Occupational Therapist.
